Certified Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS)

Rather than relying on mental‑health therapies alone, I integrate nutrition as a key part of creating a balanced mind and body. Research shows a strong connection between what we eat and how we feel, with nutrients like omega‑3s, antioxidants, and essential vitamins playing an important role in supporting mood and reducing stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms.

Incorporating more whole foods—such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, and nuts—can strengthen mental well‑being and support overall health.
